    On two occasions I went there and was informed of additional costs/penalties AFTER changes had been made. I was really disappointed with the lack of communication and 'up front-ness'

    I'm not a local but circumstance has forced me to do business there on several occasions over the last year. They have been great. After receiving poor service and understanding in Edson I drove to Hinton where knowledge & solutions were provided! I will make a point of taking my business there whenever possible. Thanks ladies I appreciate the hassle free service!
