  The hours leave something to be desired; 5am-11pm daily, although if you don't have a prox card you will need to visit the gym while the front desk is staffed, which seems to be around 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. Once you have a card you can call the gym to add months/weeks to your account with a credit card.

  Bodywise is an unbelievable small town gym, easily the best I've been to. The equipment selection is massive, they have some very different machines, some I've never seen before. There is a large selection of plates and dumbbells.There is also a powerlifting area with quality bumper plates and squat racks. Good selection of cardio machinery. There is a women/seniors only section upstairs which has some cardio machines and resistance training machines. The gym is rarely busy.

  Lots of equipment so no wait times usually. Some of the equipment is quite old though.
