    The daily walk-in clinic is a great service in Hinton. The on call walk-in doctors are always professional, friendly and courteous. The staff at the Hinton Medical Clinic are very knowledgeable and discrete, patient care and privacy is their number one goal!

    Seriously disappointed in my level of care. The Dr. used an app on her phone to give me medical advice. Took her more time to find the app then anything else. I'll be coming back to this clinic but I'll never see that particular Dr. again.

    Very unorganized. It takes almost 2 hours to be called inside and an other half an hour to sit alone in those rooms until the doctor comes in. It has happened many times that my appointment was delayed and I had to sit or go home without check up. The receptionist are OK but not professional at all. On the phone few of them are rude and do not want to help the people. I have realized sometimes they even lie.
