    We booked a party for my mother's 75th birthday and the reason was that her favorite dish is the Phoenix nest. The restaurant was pretty empty at the time of order and we were told the kitchen was too busy to make one for her. Had we known this we would have picked a different restaurant. Not quite sure what kind of customer service this is. Maybe take the item off the menu if it is too difficult?

    Do not listen to all the other whiney, self-deserving, pretentious, travellers with nothing better to do then leave bad reviews about their stupid experiences at restaurants. These people are likely miserable loners with too much spare time.

    This is the worst place I have ever seen. We had to wait for 45 mins for our order and then server told us that they can't serve us as it will take another 1 hr. They have no customers service skills. Horrible horrible restaurant. Resturant manager was also awful.
