  Went for lunch, wasn't terribly busy. Service was quick and friendly. The food was great, good atmosphere. Definitely a place to eat if you're passing through Hinton.

  Absolutely fantastic! Delicious food and great service. After a long day of exploring Jasper National Park, our family really worked up an appetite. When we arrived at Rojo Marron, it was packed! It is a tad pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. The service was excellent (we were told there would be quite a wait, but we received our dishes within 15-20 min of ordering which wasn't bad at all). The portion sizes are huge and the food was DELICIOUS. We had a variety of dishes at our table and the highlights were the burrito and the fish tacos. There are also house-made sauces with a variety of spice levels that complimented the food perfectly. If you have a chance, nix the fast food and definitely stop in to eat here!

  We were told if we wanted to experience great Mexican food that we had to go to Hinton. Challenge accepted and my god was the food delicious. The staff are super friendly and the brand they have created for themselves is clean and modern. The hot sauces are amazing and they sell level 4 now too! Definitely took one home.
