  The wash station here is great! They provide shampoo and towels and it is very convienent. I will be using it from now on everytime my pup needs a wash. Highly recommend!

  The manager at this location needs some training. I have visited this location several times now, and each time the manager (or whom I am assuming is the manager because she is always bossing other employees around) has been extremely unhelpful, pushy, and just plain rude. For someone in the customer service industry you'd think that you wouldn't be trying to get customers to leave half hour before the store closes, or act extremely condescending towards them. I will not be shopping here anymore due to this one terrible manager. Other staff members seem friendly I should add so it's a shame.

  New store in town. Good selection of pet products. Friendly knowledgeable staff with a genuine concern for the welfare of animals. Supporting local rescues is a bonus.

  I love that they built this place, I thought it was really cool how they have all those different kinds of raw hides for dogs. Some of the products sold here (like dog toys) seemed overpriced though.

  I was very happy with the girls who work at this store always very happy to see me. The one girl who works most days always asks how my cat is. She always remembers what food he likes and always helps me to my car! Staff here is great keep up the good work.
