  Upon occasion when it is hot and there is a bridge that needs harder concrete they use a process called RCC Roller Compact Concrete which uses ice chips or cubes to slow the rate at which the concrete cures. The volume and short notice nature of these types of jobs make it hard for local water and ice vendors to handle. That is when Albert at West Ridge gives us a call. We bring the ice, everyone at West Ridge was real nice. A mechanic who gave me a ride to my hotel moonlighted as a cowboy for all the screaming buckle bunnies.

  I prefer text based communication as talking on the phone gives me anxiety. My short term memory is shot. People talk, I get off the phone and remember half of what is said. Hopefully is the right half. When I go looking for clients I exhaust email, twitter, facebook, instagram, youtube before getting Ernie who is the owner to call for me. West Ridge Ready Mix was one of the few that used twitter to communicate.
