  I’m terrified of the dentist, have been since I was 5 and had a horrible experience. Finally couldn’t avoid it any longer and a friend reccomended Nordstrom for being gentle and caring if you were in pain or not. Still a scary experience I’d rather avoid, but they were very concerned about how I was doing and added more freezing when I thought I might need it. I will be going back for more work happily. The assistant was a wonderful lady who made me feel at ease. I’m very shy and easily scared, but they couldn’t have done a better job.

  Had a terrible experience here with my 5 year old son. For starters they don't do any laughing gas. My son wasn't frozen proper- it takes a lot to get him frozen. He started to get very upset and then the nurse told him that 'if he kept crying then mommy would have to leave the room'. It had nothing to do with me being there plus I would not have trusted them with him. Dr.Nordstrom was extremely stern with my son and sounded very frustrated and annoyed. My son was picking up on it and it made it worse. By the time we were done Dr.Nordstrom just left the room in frustration and when he came back he told me that he pretty much did a crappy job and they might need to be redone. Worst $800.00 ever spent. I will never go back and my son will now have a terrible time at the dentist for years to come.

  Fantastic service, and friendly staff. Highly recommend this dentist.
